Fit-Bodyz offer monthly programs in which I can cover everything you need to know in order to get the best results possible from your fitness program.

Phoenix Personal Trainer Cathy Chappell I currently offer personal, one-on-one personal training packages, group training session packages and nutritional testing for nutritional supplements.

All of my programs involve a very unique and effective blend of personal training and coaching. I have over 10 years experience in the fitness personal training industry, including an extensive training background with Standard Process whole food supplements.

Here at Fit-Bodyz, I spend a lot of time working with my clients on both the nutrition and the exercise components that are required for getting serious results. I have clients that come in for only program and or nutritional design and then follow through with their programs on their own (either at home or in their gym).

Phoenix Personal Trainer Cathy Chappell I also have clients that meet me from 1 – 4 times a week depending on your goals, motivation and budget. All of my programs require a 12 week initial commitment.
